I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the hotel. While the exterior may seem shabby, the interior was comfortable and had a warm ambience. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the staff at the reception desk were friendly and spoke English well. The food served at the hotel was also superb. Although you have to pay for internet access, it was a small inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Close to the autostrada! and close to the nice centre of Arezzo. Not as Firenze or Siena but very cosy and more than enough to enjoy! Good staff at the hotel. Good quality food and perfect waiters at the restaurant. Even when it was very busy they had more than enough personal attention for the guests! Also perfect breakfast.
